Maintenance came right over and put in a lightbulb that went out when I was moving in. Great service! Met great neighbors in unit B next to me. They introduced themselves and brought me some homemade goodies."

Once he fixed our fence he encouraged me to inspect the fence to allow for feedback and possible direction. I was satisfied with his ability to complete the task without delays.
